DelSite Files Chapter 7

Irving based drug development company, DelSite has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. One of the causes is said to be failure to raise additional money to develop a bird flu vaccine.

The company claimed $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. They have been closing down facilities and laying off employees over the last year.
