Firm Overview

When you come to the Law Office of Thomas M. Root, you will be greeted by one of three paralegals in our office.

Sandy primarily concentrates on clients seeking help with family law and probatematters. She has been dealing with family law and probate issues for over 20 years and takes a very personal interest in each client that she assists.

Stephanie and Crissy primarily concentrate on bankruptcy clients, assisting them in gathering information, and preparing the documents to file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Stephanie has been a paralegal since 2001 and Crissy has been a paralegal since 2004.  Both are extremely concerned about our clients’ financial well-being.
