Jeff Norman

Jeff is the standing Chapter 13 Trustee in the southern district of Ohio, and is retired from full-time practice. His partner, Tom Root, is now overseeing all cases for the firm.

Jeff is an experienced board certified bankruptcy attorney and bankruptcy litigator with over 23 years experience. He has successfully represented over seven thousand bankrupt debtors – including individuals and businesses.

Jeff is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Houston Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as well as Board Certified – Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Jeff was named a 2008 Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights.

• Successfully handled over 6,000 individual clients in their Chapter 7 or 13 case.
